In the glob of technology, most of time our Inbox get packs with the hundreds of unwanted emails. Consequently we have to spend good precious time on those emails to remove unwanted mail. But luckily hotmail has considered and introduce tools called “Schedule Cleanup“, which can remove your unwanted emails or all emails after certain times. Also this tool is able to move your all emails, which are more than 10 days old from inbox to your selected folder.

How to carry out schedule cleanup in hotmail?

It is very easy to activate a Schedule Cleanup. Therefore you should login into your web base hotmail account and select at list one email from your inbox, which you want to remove or move to other folder. The next step is you should to click on sweep link which is located top centre of the page and then click on schedule cleanup from the dropdown menu.

Like you can view in above picture, on this stage you have to make a decision and then choose an appropriate option from that box and finally click on OK button. Thus hotmail will look after your emails, either it will move all your emails from inbox to your selected folder or it will remove your selected emails or even all emails, it all depends on your instruction given to hotmail.
